Mr. Gardner is entering his fifth year as a Special educator and is currently teaching within the Reduce Number Classroom (RNC). Prior to teaching Special education Mr. Gardner worked as a Psychologist at an Intermediate Care Facility for the Mental Retarded (ICF/MR) at the North Mississippi Regional Center (NMRC). He attended The University of Mississippi (HOTTY TODDY) and received a BA in Criminal Justice and Psychology; M.A. in Educational Counseling, and an Eds in School Counseling. He enjoys sports, reading, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Mrs. Rouquette received her BA in elementary education, 1st – 8th, from Southeastern University and an MA from Colorado Christian University in Biblical and Professional counseling. She also completed 21 hours of course work to add Mild/Moderate to her certification. Mrs. Rouquette has been teaching SPED in St Tammany since 2000. She also coaches Boys’ Soccer at Monteleone of which she has been doing in the Mandeville area for 3+ decades. She loves spending time with her husband, three grown children and 6 grandchildren. Her hobbies are yard work, hand sewing , cooking and reading.
